Hello everyone. We are the original owners of this Open Road. It has never been involved in a wreck, no one has ever smoked in it, and it only has 34,318 miles on it. My husband of 30 years is an engineer, and he has kept it meticulously serviced and maintained. When not in use, the RV has always been stored in an enclosed shed on our property. The queen-sized bed has USB power ports on each side of the bed and ample storage and closet space. There is a full bathroom at the rear of the coach with a porcelain, electronic flush toilet, one sink, and a spacious shower with an LED skylight and seat. There is an additional half bath in the living area which means the back bathroom can always remain private. The newly reupholstered L- shaped couch contains a very comfortable fold out double bed with a power inflatable mattress with plenty of storage for all additional linens right above it. In all our travels, I have never been able to completely fill up the residential sized refrigerator and I personally love having a gas stovetop for cooking. There is no oven, but the combo standard/ convection microwave takes care of everything else. We decided to go with the dinette option because we rarely utilize the pull-out table and all four chairs inside. The dinette area also includes a slide-out shelf perfect for holding a printer if desired. IF the co-pilot needs to utilize a laptop while traveling, that chair has a slide-forward panel built into the dashboard with an outlet right below it at the floor which has power all the time while riding down the road. The living area has two televisions mounted on opposite ends. The largest TV in the coach is 39 inches diagonally and is mounted above the electric fireplace that produces a beautiful, mesmerizing flame (which CAN add warmth to the room if desired). There is a 32-inch TV at the front of the coach and there is a small recliner that is not bolted to the frame that can be moved around if desired. The bedroom and outside TV are both 32 in. There is over 200 cubic feet of storage, the largest in its class. We store foldable bikes, inflatable kayaks, grills, folding chairs, and other toys easily for our adventures. There is an outside shower and both slides have toppers and one large awning for relaxing in the shade. The only reason we are selling this 2015 coach is because we are in the process of transitioning to a 2016 Tiffin diesel to travel out west. My husband has never seen the Grand Canyon!
